On April 8, the AT&T Pioneers donated child suitcases to the Medina Children’s Center. These suitcases will be given to children who are being taken out of their home due to abuse and neglect. Each suitcase contains a blanket, tooth brush/paste, and room for the child to pack their favorite toy(s) as they leave their home. The donation took place during the Children’s Center’s Pinwheel Walk, where over 600 pinwheels were placed at a local school in recognition of National Child Abuse Awareness Month.
