As historic flooding in Southern Iowa and Nebraska upended the lives of so many people in the affected areas, employees at the AT&T Call Center in Red Oak, Iowa knew they wanted to do something to help.
With a massive clean-up effort facing flood victims, Red Oak employees jumped into action and organized a collection of cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, disinfectant and paper towels. People generously responded, and supplies began pouring in and accumulated quickly to help individuals clean up and begin to recover from the flooding.
Call center manager Dawn Dozier is proud of the employees who so generously donated to the relief efforts.
Contributions were directed to Shenandoah Parks and Recreation in Iowa.
