I have always been amazed by the can-do spirit of Iowans. When our friends and neighbors need help, everyone immediately pitches in and lends a hand. That spirit was especially evident during the recent historic floods that swept through Iowa. So many people, including many of our own employees who live and work here, were faced with a huge clean-up effort to return their homes to normal.
I’m proud to say that at AT&T, we are an active part of this great community and jumped right in to help. Our employees immediately took up a collection of cleaning supplies for those flood victims that were especially hard hit. We also supported the efforts of the Red Cross and worked to restore and deliver mobile connectivity to our customers.
Community involvement is in AT&T’s DNA. We have a long history of being there when we’re needed most. Whether it is an emergency response to a natural disaster, working to enhance education, relieve food insecurities or deliver technology solutions for public safety, Iowans can count on AT&T.
We are always proud and humbled to be part of this great state, and when something bad happens to some of us, it happens to all of us. And we’re always here to help.
Sincerely,
Dustin Blythe
